Spencer, Iowa (NorthwestIowaNow.com) — Spencer man is behind bars following an early morning disturbance in Fostoria last Friday. The Clay County Sheriff’s Office reports that deputies responded to a call on 1st Avenue Southwest just after 3:30 AM, which ultimately led to the arrest of 48-year-old Tyson Robbins.

Robbins faces a long list of charges, including second-degree attempted burglary, operating a vehicle without the owner’s consent, first-degree harassment, and fourth-degree criminal mischief. He was also charged with interference with official acts, disorderly conduct, reckless driving, failure to provide proof of financial liability, and having no valid vehicle registration. Robbins remains held in the Clay County Jail.
