Spencer, IA (Northwestiowanow.com) — All residents of Spencer are asked to fill out an online housing questionnaire this week.

Consultant Keith Carl says the deadline is Friday.

 

Gauging the public perception is just one part of the comprehensive housing study which will be used for the city pursuing state and local grants.

 

 

Hanna-Keelan Associates also performed a comprehensive housing study for the city back in 2020.
