Spencer, Ia (Northwest Iowa Now) – Wednesday was national signing day.   Addison Hoben is on her way to Des Moines to play for the Drake Bulldogs Soccer team. Hoben told Northwest Iowa Now what drew her to the Bulldogs.

Spencer Girls Soccer Coach John Hansel talked about what appealed to college programs when it comes to Addison Hoben.

Hoben has had a decorated high school career at Spencer, pacing the entire State in Goals last season with 64, 16 more than the 2nd most. Hoben looked back on her high school career which, of course, has one more season left.

Coach Hansel gave some examples of Hoben’s competitiveness and toughness.

Hoben enters a Drake Program that was 8-7-6 a season ago with a 6-2-2 record against Missouri Valley Conference foes.
