Storm Lake, Iowa (NorthwestIowaNow.com) — Storm Lake Police report a vehicle accident that happened Monday night, January 20 at 10:19 pm, which sent one minor to the hospital.

Officers responded to the call and found 37-year-old Ketson Seperna has been driving a vehicle with three juveniles inside. He reportedly collided with a parked car on South Windsor Circle. One of the juveniles sustained a head injury and went to be ambulance to Buena Vista Regional Medical Center. Officers determined Seperna was driving impaired. They transported him to the Buena Vista County Jail where he was booked and held on charges of

Neglect of a Dependent Person OWI, No Driver’s License, No Insurance and failure to maintain control. He is being held on a $32,959.01 bond.

Storm Lake Police were assisted by BV Regional Medical paramedics and the case was referred to the Iowa Department of Health and Human Services.
