Storm Lake, Iowa (NorthwestIowaNow.com) — Storm Lake Police have issued information regarding two drug arrests stemming from an investigation last September. After an investigation and search at 607 Elmwood Drive on September 15th, 8 grams of methamphetamine packaged for distribution as well as drug paraphernalia was found.

On Thursday February 6, Police located one wanted subject at 8 a.m. at the same location. Gloria Pellejero Lucas, 40, of Storm Lake was wanted on a Buena Vista County warrant. Then around 10 a.m. on February 6, police located a second wanted subject Figuero Gonzalez, 36 of Storm Lake. He was taken into custody on a BV County warrant.

Both Lucas and Gonzalez are charged with possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver and failure to affix a drug tax stamp, both felony charges. Both defendants are being held at the Buena Vista County Jail on a $10,000 bond.
