Storm Lake, IA (northwestiowanow.com) — A Storm Lake man has been arrested in connection with a drug investigation dating back to 2024.

According to the Storm Lake Police Department, 22-year-old Devin Xayyavong was taken into custody on July 10 and charged with two counts of Controlled Substance Violation, both classified as Class D Felonies under Iowa law.

The charges stem from an investigation launched in the spring of 2024, during which Xayyavong allegedly sold marijuana on two separate occasions at a location in Storm Lake.

He was arrested without incident and booked into the Buena Vista County Jail on a $10,000 bond.
