Sibley, IA (KICD) — A Sibley man has been charged for stealing a car and for indecent exposure.

The Osceola County Sheriff’s department was called to a residence where a woman and her son observed a man – allegedly 28 year old Tristan Roetzel – walking into their garage and taking their car. After backing out of the garage, they say he stopped to remove his clothes, then got back inside.

While the Deputy was making out the report, he received a call about a naked man at Kwik Star. The silver Camaro was stopped and Roetzel was still naked.

In addition to second degree burglary and indecent exposure he’s also been charged with second degree criminal mischief and operating the vehicle without the owner’s consent.
