Hartley, Iowa (Northwest Iowa Now) — A Hartley man is in custody after making threats early Sunday. 39-year-old Joshua Bosma was arrested by the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office around 2:15 a.m. Deputies responded to a call about threats at a Hartley home. Upon arrival, they found Bosma had made verbal threats to multiple people. While the specifics are undisclosed, authorities deemed them serious.
