Waterloo, Ia (KICD) – The Spencer Swim team competed at the Wahawk Invitational in Waterloo.

Halle Sears won an individual title int he 200 Individual Medley and the 100 Freestyle.

Sears would team up with Ella Kasperbauer, Lily Gross, and Ava Vogt to place 2nd in the 200 Medley Relay. Also placing 2nd was the 200 Freestyle Relay made up of Gross, Kasperbauer, Vogt and Sears. Gross would finish 2nd in the 100m Breaststroke.

3rd Place finishers were Kazshymr Menough int he 100m Butterfly and Emily Schmidt in the 100m Backstroke.

Waterloo won their home meet with 447 points.  Spencer finished 2nd with 433, just 6 points ahead of 3rd place Grinnell.
