Des Moines, IA (Northwestiowanow.com) — State Representative John Wills from Spirit Lake is a member of Republican leadership at the state capital. He tells KICD News the top leaders of the House and Senate worked over the weekend to find compromise in property tax reform bills.

Wills says The REINS act he authored two years ago is still in committee.

Wills does expect a compromise state budget to be released soon.
