Services for 91-year-old Victor Leo Ruddy of Emmetsburg will be held Tuesday, May 26th at 10:00 a.m. at Holy Family Catholic Church in Emmetsburg. Visitation will take place at the church prior to the service from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. Burial will follow at St. John’s Cemetery in Emmetsburg. Martin-Mattice Funeral Home in Emmetsburg is in charge of arrangements.
