Here are Volleyball scores from this weekend.

Spencer hosted their home tournament on Saturday. The Tigers would lose to Central Lyon, LeMars, Humboldt, and West Lyon all 2-0 and beat Mason City 2-1.

Storm Lake was at Alta-Aurelia for a Tournament. The Tornadoes lost to Akron-Westfield 2-1 and shutout St. Mary’s of Remsen 2-0. Alta-Aurelia would also shutout St. Mary’s of Remsen 2-0 and lose to Akron-Westfield 2-0.

Hartley-Melvin-Sanborn hosted a tournament with Newell-Fonda, Okoboji, and South O’Brien attending from the KICD area. Okoboji swept Hartley-Melvin-Sanborn 2-0, fell short to Rock Valley 2-1, and dropped to Newell-Fonda 2-1. Newell-Fonda would beat Rock Valley, South O’Brien, and Gehlen Catholic of LeMars all 2-0 while topping Trinity Christian of Hull 2-1. South O’Brien lost to Rock Valley 2-0, beat Gehlen Catholic of LeMars 2-1, and swept Trinity Christian of Hull 2-0. Hartley-Melvin-Sanborn came away with a 2-0 win over West of Sioux City and lost to Rock Valley 2-1.
