Spencer, IA (Northwest Iowa Now) — Like many homes and businesses in Spencer, Warner Funeral Home’s facility suffered major damage during the flood.

After a year of extensive renovations, Licensed Funeral Director and Manager Brad Hawn, says they’ve made the facility easier to access with everything now located on the main floor:

Hawn says the public will have the chance to see the Funeral Home during a special open house Sunday, June 22nd from 1 to 4pm:

The actual building has a lot of history, going back to when Milt Warner purchased the structure in 1957, originally built by E.P. Arnold. Hawn shares with NorthwestIowaNow.com he’s grateful for their loyal staff:

During the last year, Warner Funeral Home was based out of their facility in Everly. The staff would like to thank the public for their patience during the construction phase.
