At a Dual meet, Sibley-Ocheyedan lost to Central Lyon/George-Little Rock 66-12 as well as Sioux Center 54-30.

Okoboji/HMS beat Boyden-Hull/Rock Valley in a dual 48-36 then lost to MOC-Floyd Valley 46-30.

Emmetsburg, Pocahontas Area, Sioux Central, Spencer, and Spirit Lake/Park attended the rescheduled ESC Varsity Girls Tournament in Sac City.

Spencer’s Kiara Ruiz won at 100 with Sioux Central’s Ashley Alvarado placing 2nd.

Madison Stickrod of Spencer placed 1st at 105.

At 110 Spirit Lake/Park’s Audrina Bennett finished 2nd.

Joley Schmahl of Spirit Lake/Park took 2nd at 115 with Spencer’s Rylee Nehman 3rd.

Emmetsburg’s Taylor Thayer would win at 120 with Spencer’s Summer Fliss 2nd and Sioux Central’s April Banda in 3rd.

At 125, Nichole Hart of Sioux Central claimed 1st with Breanna Johnson of Spencer in 2nd.

Spencer’s Kyiah Logan would win at 130 with Sioux Central’s Nataley Frerk placing 2nd.

Jaylynn Vazquez of Emmetsburg would take 1st at 135 with Reece Logan of Spirit Lake/Park finishing 2nd.

At 140, Spencer’s Shaylee Sutherland won with Sigrid Adams of Sioux Central placing 2nd.

Bailey Schuster of Spencer took 2nd at 155 with her teammate Lillian Sparks in 3rd.

Spencer’s Abigail Young won 170.

At 235, Montana Wilson of Emmetsburg would place 2nd.

In the team scores, Spencer dominated with 191 points, Sioux Central was 2nd at 96, and Manson-Northwest Webster placed 3rd scoring 92.  Spirit Lake/Park was 5th, Emmetsburg 7th, and Pocahontas Area placed 13th.

Boys

Sheldon/South O’Brien would take on West Lyon at a Dual meet, losing 49-24, then lost 47-30 against Washington of Sioux Falls.

MMCRU would lose to Hinton 69-4 then West Monona-Whiting 58-12 in a meet.

Sibley-Ocheyedan went 1-1 at a dual meet, beating Central Lyon/George-Little Rock 46-26 then losing to Sioux Center 52-24.

Storm Lake would beat Cherokee in a dual meet 58-20, Cherokee topped Western Christian 47-15, and Storm Lake routed Western Christian 76-6.

Spencer hosted a dual meet where Spirit Lake/Park fell to Humboldt 70-9, Spencer lost to Humboldt 43-30, and Spencer would beat Spirit Lake/Park 59-21.
