A vehicle stuck in the ditch resulted in the driver eventually being arrested for driving while intoxicated. Friday night, December 27 at 11:20 pm, Deborah Kelley, 60 of Spencer, was northbound in the 3900 mile of 190th Avenue when she drove into the east ditch and became stuck.
