LifeServe Blood Center is teaming up with the fair to host a blood drive on Wednesday, September 10th, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
The finalists are a Bison Cheesesteak Crunch with Fritos, a Dumpster Hot Dog with pulled pork and jalapenos, Island Noodles Stir Fry, a Churro with ice cream, a Chicken and Waffle sandwich with Nashville Hot sauce, and a Spudnut Twist pastry.
The Clay County Fair is still looking for hourly workers. Training is this week.
