A Storm Lake man is facing a felony charge following a domestic disturbance reported late Thursday night.

A Spirit Lake man is in custody after authorities say he opened fire on another motorist earlier this year.

According to court records filed in Cherokee County District Court, Winchell faces three felony counts: One count of Ongoing Criminal Conduct – Influence Enterprise, a Class B Felony. Two counts of Theft in the First Degree, both Class C Felonies.
