Arts on Grand is gathering stories to write a book about the flooding in Spencer.
FEMA Disaster Assistance is now available for self-employed survivors affected by the flooding, severe storms and tornadoes in 27 Iowa counties.
Hours at the Distribution Center are Monday-Wednesday from 10am-4pm; Thursday 10am-6pm, and Friday 10am-4pm
Residents in Spencer are still allowed to put flood-impacted items to the curb for pick up through August 2nd.
