The Clay County Sheriff’s department says a Minnesota man required medical attention after a one vehicle accident Monday night.

During Estherville City Council meeting Monday night city Administrator Penny Clayton spoke of two different grants. The first grant was that the city of Estherville awarded $250,000 for the campground.
