A Milford man was taken to a South Dakota hospital with incapacitating injuries following a one vehicle motorcycle accident on Highway 71 in North Milford Saturday evening.

At 12:19 on September 7th the Spencer Fire Department responded to a two-vehicle accident located at 11th Ave. SW at 11th St. Southwest.

A Sanborn man has pled guilty in federal court after the robbery of a bank in Sanborn on January 22nd of this year. 40 year – old Del Martinez Evans Jr. is accused of robbing the Sanborn Savings Bank earlier this year. Evans was first charged with second degree theft and 2nd degree robbery, and he chose to plead not guilty however those charges were dismissed after federal charges of robbery by forests or violence were filed against Evans.
