As for days on the market: Year to date in Dickinson County is 126, down two days from 2024. 112 days in Clay County, up 13 percent. In Emmet County it’s 77 days, down 9 percent.
The Iowa Great Lakes Board of Realtors has released sales figures for 2024. Board President Gretchen Lolis from Hinn Real Estate says it’s no surprise a lot of property moved in Clay County in the fourth quarter.
