According to the Milford Police Department Facebook page the department took a call today (Tues) from a local business and the caller reported to be from Milford Municipal Utilities (MMU), the caller claimed that they were going to be disconnecting utilities if payment was not made.

A two-vehicle accident occurred early this morning at the intersection of 2nd Avenue West and West 1st Street, with one of the vehicles crashing into a nearby house. The incident was reported at 8:08 am, and emergency responders were quickly dispatched to the scene.
