Sheldon Man gets 8th Public Intox Charge This Year

A Sheldon man has been arrested for this 8th public intoxication charge of the year, according to the Sheldon newspaper. On December 11 41-year-old Rolando Rodolfo Chavez-Lopez was allegedly passed out in a hallway in an apartment building in Sheldon, and after Sheldon police responded to report, they found Chavez-Lopez lying next to a bottle of vodka and had the odor of alcoholic and slurred speech.
