Northwest Iowa (Northwest Iowa Now) – For State Senator District 5 a close race saw the incumbent Dave Rowley narrowly defeating Stacy Besch 3638 to Besch’s 3277 votes.

And for State Senator District 3 – the incumbent Lynn Evans will represent the Republican Party defeating the challenger, Shane Bellefy.
