Spencer, IA — The latest USDA Drought Monitor, released Thursday morning, shows little change in drought conditions across northwest Iowa. Most the KICD listening area remains free of significant drought concerns.

Only limited areas of Abnormally Dry (D0) conditions remain across parts of the listening area, while no widespread expansion of Moderate Drought (D1).

Drought conditions across northwest Iowa remained largely unchanged this week.
