A celebration of life for William Ray “Bill” Frerk, 83, of Primghar and formerly of Sutherland will be held from 2 to 4 P.M. on Saturday, August 29th, at the R.L. Johannsen Center in Sutherland. Private family burial will be at Waterman Cemetery in Sutherland. Arrangements are under the care of the Eldridge Family Funeral Home in Primghar.
