The City of Spencer and Veoila Water have had to shut off power to the waste water treatment plant, there will be no sewer operations in the community until further notice.

For residents needing shelter, we have setup emergency shelter at the Spencer YMCA (1001 11th Ave W) and Faith Pentecostal Church (1700 11th Ave SW). If this is an emergency, please call 911.
