Spencer, IA (northwestiowanow.com) — The Spencer Rotary Club’s annual Used Book Sale is this week at the Clay County Fair Event Center. Sam Harper says once again there are well over 3 thousand titles.

Harper says other volunteers help as well. SMU stores the books Doll Distributing helps move them. The book sale and Rotary Radio Day are the club’s two major fundraisers.
