Storm Lake, IA (KICD) — A Storm Lake woman was charged with OWI for the third time Saturday night. Storm Lake police pulled over 35-year-old Gabriela Rivera-Valdovinos Saturday night around 10:30. She was stopped in the vicinity of East 7th Street and Lake Avenue for a minor traffic violation.
