In non-conference play, Newell-Fonda beat Spencer 3-0, Pocahontas Area topped Clarion-Goldfield-Dows 2-0, and Spirit Lake lost to Western Christian of Hull 3-0.

For Lakes Conference Volleyball, Storm Lake edged out Estherville Lincoln Central beat Storm Lake 3-2.

Twin Lakes Conference Volleyball had Sioux Central fall to Manson-Northwest Webster 3-0, St. Mary’s of Storm Lake drop to Southeast Valley 3-0, and Emmetsburg win a 5-gamer against Alta-Aurelia 3-2.

In War Eagle Conference play, MMCRU beat West Sioux 3-1, Hartley-Melvin-Sanborn was shut-out by Gehlen Catholic of LeMars 3-0, and Harris-Lake Park lost to St. Mary’s of Remsen 3-0.
