Spencer, IA (northwestiowanow.com) — The Department of Natural Resources is hosting a few local Hunter Listening Sessions to recap the hunting season and meet with local DNR Staff. Dusten Paulus is the Wildlife Biologist with the Iowa DNR.
The meetings are open to the public, and the Iowa DNR will consider comments when proposing changes to hunting rules and regulations. The Clay County Hunter Listening Session is February 18th starting at 6:30 at the Iowa Lakes Community College on the west side of the North Mall. The Dickinson County session is February 20 starting at 6 p.m. at the Maser Monarch Lodge in Okoboji. You can contact the Iowa DNR for any further information.
