Armstrong, IA (Northwest Iowa Now) — The Emmet County Sheriff’s Department has charged two individuals with possession of illegal substances.

Sheriff Mike Martens says one of his deputies was handling another incident at 110 4th Avenue South in Armstrong, when he observed drug paraphernalia. After a search warrant was granted, authorities charged 58-year-old Scott Larson – who lives at the address – and 32-year-old Rachel Bryant of Swea City with possession of methamphetamine, marijuana, and paraphernalia.

Bryant was also served two active arrest warrants out of Kossuth County.
