Spencer, IA (KICD Weather Room) — Severe weather moved through far northwestern Iowa late Tuesday evening, September 1st.

Reports included 80 mph winds near Sioux Center, street flooding in Sheldon where roughly 2 inches of rain fell, 70 mph winds in George, and 60 mph winds in Sibley.

A total of four warnings were issued, including three severe thunderstorm warnings and one tornado warning for northwest Iowa.
