Sibley, IA (Northwest Iowa Now) — Osceola County is the first in the KICD Broadcast area to enact a burn ban this fall. Sibley Fire Chief Ken Huls says vegetation is very brittle.

 

 

Huls advises extreme caution, even for very small recreational fires.

 

 

The fire ban in Osceola County remains in effect until further notice.
