Storm Lake, IA (Northwest Iowa Now) — Storm Lake police have filed additional charges in an incident we first reported last weekend. They were called to the 700 Block of Chloe Lane on the report of an incident with a firearm. Occupants of the home, including a female who threatened to shoot herself, exited after about 20 miles.

Police say they have now determined that the woman – 33-year-old Phonesavanh Hang – had forced herself into the residence.
She’s now been charged with 1st degree burglary, domestic assault with a dangerous weapon, and also possession of marijuana.
