AMES, IA (northwestiowanow) — The 2025 Crop Advantage Series will be held at 12 Iowa locations from January 2nd-29th, offering farmers and crop professionals the latest research-based information on local growing conditions and challenges. Hosted by Iowa State University Extension and Outreach specialists, the series includes sessions in Storm Lake on January 2nd and Okoboji on January 14th.

“This program series allows ISU Extension specialists to connect with farmers and crop production professionals statewide,” said Josh Michel, field agronomist.

Topics include crop market outlooks, nitrification inhibitors, climate outlooks, tar spot, water hemp management, soybean aphid resistance, cover crops, and more.
