Spencer, Ia (Northwest Iowa Now) – The Spencer Boys Soccer team hosted media day on Wednesday afternoon at Spencer High School. Northwest Iowa Now was able to speak with team captains and Coach Jesse Kuehler.
The Tigers bring back a lot, and the athletes have developed some really good team chemistry over the years.
That was Blake Kooker. One of the areas that will look different this year for the Tigers is the Goal Box. Coach Jesse Kuehler says there is a really good battle going on for the starting spot.
Brady Vreeman has been impressed with his teammates conditioning in the early season.
The Tigers have brought a few new athletes into the fold after beginning a Coop with GTRA this season. Coach Kuehler told Northwest Iowa Now how the Titans are adjusting to playing Tiger Soccer.
That past few years have ended in frustrating Substate semifinal losses. Zach Richter says the goals are the same as always for a motivated Spencer group.
