On Friday in the Class 2A Region 2 Semi-Finals for Softball, Sioux Central would beat MVAOCOU 6-1, and advance to the Finals where they will travel to Missouri Valley on Monday.

In the Class 3A Region 1 Semi-Finals, Estherville Lincoln Central beat Spirit Lake 6-0 and advance to the finals where they will host West Lyon.

On Saturday in the Class 2A Substate 1 Semi-Finals for Baseball, Estherville lost to Forest City 2-0.

In the Class 4A Region 1 Semi-Finals for Softball, Spencer lost to Fort Dodge 1-0.
