West Des Moines, Ia (KICD) – The IGHSAU released the latest Girls Basketball Rankings.

The top ranked teams are Bishop Garrigan of Algona in 1A, Dike-New Hartford in 2A, Estherville Lincoln Central in 3A, Dallas Center-Grimes in 4A, and Johnston in 5A.

Northwest Iowa schools in the rankings this week are Newell-Fonda at 1A #2, Remsen St. Mary’s at 1A #4, Central Lyon at 2A #2, Sibley-Ocheyedan at 2A #3, Pocahontas Area at 2A #8, Unity Christian of Orange City at 3A #2, Cherokee at 3A #8, Sioux Center at 3A #15, Bishop Heelan of Sioux City at 4A #4, and Sioux City East at 5A #11.
