Storm Lake, IA (northwestiowanow.com) — A Storm Lake man was arrested on his third OWI Sunday afternoon after reportedly driving on the wrong side of the road through town.

The Storm Lake Police Department says 26-year-old Renster Rappa was stopped on the Eastern outskirts of Highway 7 around 1pm.

He was also charged with driving with a barred license.
