Des Moines, IA (Northwest Iowa Now) — Nearly 1.2 million visitors attended the Iowa State Fair last week, several records were set including the highest number for a single day. CEO Jeremy Parsons tells Northwest Iowa Now for the first time ever, they ran out of parking space.

Parsons managed the Clay County Fair for twelve years, and says it was good training.

Parsons says you should notice upgrades at the Ag Building and Horse Barn for the 2025 Iowa State Fair, more seating, and more shade.
