Dickens, IA (Northwestiowanow.com) — The Clay County Sheriff’s Department has released new information about a Thursday traffic accident near Fostoria.
66 year old Linda Flaharty of Dickens was taken to Spencer Hospital with possible injuries. The accident ocurred around 2:15 Thursday afternoon. Flaharty was Eastbound on 280th Street and pulled into the path of 42 year old John Olson who was Northbound in a pickup on Highway 71. He was not injured.
Flaharty was charged with failure to yield.
