The Minnesota State Patrol says a Milford motorist was struck in rural Martin County Monday afternoon. 47-year-old Jacob Fontenot of Milford was Northbound on Highway 15 three miles South of Fairmont, when he was struck by an Eastbound SUV driven by 62-year-old Patrick Graif of Fairmont.
