Spencer, IA (northwestiowanow) — Congresswoman Ashley Hinson stopped in Spencer Tuesday as part of her statewide campaign for the U.S. Senate.

As part of her “Fighting for Iowa” bus tour, Hinson is traveling to all 99 Iowa counties to hear what she says are the biggest concerns facing Iowans.

Hinson tells KICD rising costs remain one of the largest issues.

Agriculture was also a major focus of the discussion.

Hinson says Iowa’s Senate race is especially important because it could help decide which party controls the U.S. Senate.

Republican Ashley Hinson will face Democrat Josh Turek in Iowa’s General Election on November 3rd.
